Group -vs.- Private Training

Group classes offer many benefits (Social interaction with people and other companions). However, not all dogs do well in a group class setting. Many dogs cannot adapt to the social setting and cannot focus on training with so many distractions around. Some may be too aggressive toward other dogs or people.  In addition some people cannot focus in a group environment  or may not ask for additional assistance when needed. For these owners and companions we offer PRIVATE TRAINING SOLUTIONS. By teaching a new exercise in a sterile environment. This means the fewer distractions the better. Your kitchen, your back yard, or the same quiet field down the street are all much better learning environments than in a crowded room full of dogs and people. The reason for this is dogs are accustomed to their own kitchen or their own yard. They can focus, think and learn much quicker and easier there than they can in a training class where there are 20 or 30 strange dogs. Common sense tells anyone that every dog is going to find 20 strange dogs far more interesting than listening to his owner who is trying to teach him a new command.

Phase 1 Obedience

• BEGINNING LEVEL I OBEDIENCE IS A BASIC PROGRAM TEACHING YOU HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DOG. BASIS SUCH AS SIT, DOWN, STAY AND RECALL ARE TAUGHT.

• INTERMEDIATE LEVEL II OBEDIENCE  This Course COVERS TRANSITION TO OFF LEASH OBEDIENCE AS WELL AS AVOIDING BOLTING THROUGH DOORS & GATES AND BOUNDARIES ARE TAUGHT.

Phase 3 Obedience

• ADVANCED LEVEL III OBEDIENCE ADVANCED OFF LEASH OBEDIENCE Teaches You How To Train Your Dog to master OFF LEASH SKILLS AND HAND SIGNALS.

• Is your Dog Aggressive towards people or other dogs? Does he Jump up you and your company? Does wander out of the yard and refuse to come home when you call him. Does he bark excessively? Is he chewing you out of house and home? We can help you find solutions to these and other behavioral issues.
